Create fun songs with Songsmith

Now teachers and students can write and record their own songs!  Microsoft Songsmith is free and easy to download off the internet.  It offers a wide variety of beats to choose from and once the song has been recorded, it adds the background music automatically.  Fun fun fun!  Teachers can create their own funky songs to teach anything from timestables or the solar system.  We used it for a fun literacy lesson just before the December holidays.

Our Grade 3 Tecnoboffins recorded some original Christmas songs.  They wrote, rehearsed and recorded these songs all on their own.  Click on the links to listen to their creations:
